Are the paintings really finished outdoors?

Yes — every original is started and completed in a single outdoor sitting, usually 60–90 minutes. No studio touch-ups afterwards. The date and location are noted on the back of each sheet.

What are they painted on?

Artist-grade acrylics on handmade cotton paper with a natural deckled edge. Most pieces are 13 × 18 cm; a few run up to 18 × 24 cm — exact size is listed on each painting's page.

Do paintings come framed?

They ship unframed to keep postage safe and affordable. The sheets fit standard 13 × 18 cm mounts and frames; I recommend float-mounting so the deckled edge stays visible.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship worldwide within 3–5 days, flat-packed between acid-free boards in a rigid envelope, with tracking. Shipping is free on originals; prints ship from £6.

What are the prints like?

Archival giclée on textured cotton paper, editions of 50, each signed and numbered by hand. Two sizes: same-as-original (£30) and enlarged 21 × 30 cm (£45).

Do you take commissions?

A few each season, painted on location at a place you choose. From £260 including shipping — details on the About page.

How should I care for a painting?

Acrylic is stable once dry — just keep the piece out of direct sunlight and damp rooms. Behind glass, it will outlast us both.

What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?

Photograph any damage within 48 hours and I'll replace or refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition; buyer covers return postage.
