UNFINISHED — NOT A POLICY
Terms of sale
Who is selling, and on what terms.
THIS PAGE HAS NOT BEEN WRITTEN
Nothing below is a policy.
What follows is the checklist of what this page has to say — not the thing itself. The wording is Anastasiia Uschapivska's to write, or her solicitor's, because it binds her business and not the people who built the site. Nothing here creates or limits any right. Until it is written, ask on Instagram @nastya.ushchapo and you will get a straight answer.
What this page has to contain
- The seller's identity: legal name, trading name, and a geographic postal address — the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require this before a sale, not after it.
- How a contract is formed: when an order is an offer, when it is accepted, and what happens if a painting sells twice before the second order is refunded.
- Prices in pounds sterling, whether they include tax, what postage is added, and when payment is taken.
- That every original is unique and colour on a screen is not colour in the hand.
- Cancellation, returns and refunds — by reference to the returns page, not restated, so the two can never disagree.
- Governing law and jurisdiction, and how a buyer complains or escalates a dispute.
- Copyright: buying a painting or a print transfers no reproduction rights.
